Mens FQPL 2
After the stop start 2020 Season which saw the first team perform fairly well and finish in the top four in the BPL. This was despite only being able to put our best side on the field once in the entire season and the extended competition that finished in mid November.
2021 sees the Club move into the newly formed FQPL2 Competition under the Football Queensland competition systems. This will see the make up of our teams change to ensure compliance with the new competition rules.
Our Coaching staff welcomes Glen Volker, joining Scott Hawkins, and Shayne Lorenz in guiding the First and Under 23 squads. We also welcome the our new U18 Coach, John Giovanni.
Brisbane Womens Premier League
2020 was a learning experience with the move into the BWPL and the step up was as expected, no easy feat. However, the squads and performed admirably and came out with some impressive results in a disrupted Season. 2021 should see the sides develop further and consolidate their position in the top Brisbane Women's League.
Kelvin Wheeler again takes on the Coaching role with Tony Kirchner and Manager Andrew Crawford, along with the continuing support of Kate Lawson as Female Football Director to ensure the continuing growth of female football at the Club.
