Dear Member, This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of GRANGE THISTLE SOCCER CLUB LIMITED. The details of this meeting are as follows:
Date: Wednesday 22nd November 2017
Time: Registration from 7:00pm with meeting to commence at 7:30pm
Place: Clubhouse, Lanham Park, Prince Street, The Grange, Queensland, 4051

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
find out about GRANGE THISTLE SOCCER CLUB LTD’s operations and finances
ask questions about the operations and finances
speak about any items on the agenda
vote on any resolutions proposed.
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
accept the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
accept the annual Accounts and Balance Sheet
accept the Annual Report of the Board
accept the Report of the Auditors
elect Directors for 2018
appoint Auditors for 2018
fix the Annual Subscription Fee for 2018
Nominations for the following elected Board of Director positions are now open:
President
Deputy President
Treasurer
Senior Football Director
Junior Football Director
Three (3) other Directors
Nominations to the Board of Directors must be in writing using a physically signed copy of the attached form and forwarded to the Secretary no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting i.e. 8th November 2017 7:30pm. The following special resolution/s will be proposed at the annual general meeting:
To receive and consider nominations for Life Membership, if applicable
Nominations for Life Membership must be in writing, physically signed by five (5) financial members and forwarded to the Secretary fourteen (14) days prior to the Annual General Meeting i.e. 8th November 2017 7:30pm. Each Member shall be entitled to appoint another Member as Proxy by notice in writing using a physically signed copy of the attached form forwarded to the Secretary (secretary@grangethistle.com) no later than forty eight (48) hours prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting i.e. 20th November 2017 7:30pm.
